What Happens After You Submit
Once your enquiry comes through, our client care team reviews it and routes it to the right person. Lerato handles sales queries, Ayesha assists with layout and artwork setup, while Johan and Sibusiso look at production and installation details. If we need site measurements, we can arrange a site survey before manufacture starts.
For most standard queries, we aim to respond within the same business day during working hours. Larger signage projects, fleet marking or multi-site work may need a bit more time if we must check measurements, mounting points or municipal requirements.
