The people who keep the workshop moving
Executive Screen Printers has been operating from Boksburg since 1988, and the strength of the business has always been the people in it. We work on commercial signs, fleet marking, safety boards, cut vinyl lettering, silkscreen printing and site boards for clients across Ekurhuleni and greater Gauteng.
Every job starts with a proper look at the brief, the site and the finish needed. That means measuring, planning, checking materials and making sure the final sign or print suits the setting, whether it is a factory gate in Germiston, a retail front in Benoni or a fleet vehicle in Kempton Park.
- Local knowledge of Boksburg, the East Rand and surrounding towns
- Practical support for manufacturing, fitment and maintenance visits
- Work planned for sun, rain, dust and load-shedding realities
Sales, client care and the first conversation
Lerato Mokoena, Sales Manager, handles the early stages of each enquiry with a clear head and a practical ear. She helps clients choose the right sign type, timing and finish, and she keeps an eye on the small details that can affect installation on site.
Nokuthula Dlamini, Client Care Lead, follows the job through once it has been booked in. She keeps clients updated, sorts out questions before they become delays, and makes sure the handover is handled properly from our side.
- Site visits arranged where needed before manufacture starts
- Artwork and layout checks before production begins
- Clear updates while the work is in progress
Design and production with job-ready detail
Ayesha Patel, Design Coordinator, prepares artwork for signs, labels, vehicle graphics and printed items so the final result reads cleanly and prints well. She works closely with the workshop so colours, sizing and placement are right the first time, which saves time later on.
Johan Pretorius, Production Supervisor, oversees the making side of the business and keeps the workshop to standard. From cut vinyl lettering and board making to silkscreen printing on T-shirts, overalls, ribbons and corporate gifts, he makes sure each item is finished for the actual use it will get.
- Artwork setup for signs, prints and promotional items
- Material checks for indoor and outdoor use
- Production planning for single orders and repeat runs
Installation that suits the site
Sibusiso Khumalo, Installation Foreman, leads the team on the road and on site. He handles vehicle fitment, board mounting, sign installation, vinyl removal and maintenance visits, and he knows how to work around access issues, busy yards and working premises without causing disruption.
He is also the person who makes sure the finished sign is secured properly and positioned for visibility. That matters on roadside boards, estate-agent signs, factory notices and safety signage where one bad angle can make the whole thing harder to read.
- Vehicle fitment for fleet marking and branded vehicles
- Board mounting and sign installation on varied surfaces
- Removal, refurbishment and follow-up maintenance
Workshop know-how and finishing standards
Pieter Erasmus, Workshop Technician, works on the tools and keeps the equipment in good order. He is involved in cutting, assembly, preparation and finishing, so the job leaves the workshop ready for fitting or delivery without unnecessary back-and-forth.
His work supports the sign shop’s day-to-day output across Boksburg, Alberton, Springs, Edenvale and Midrand. It also helps when clients need a quick turnaround for a rebrand, a new branch opening or a replacement board after weather damage, where timing and accuracy matter more than fancy talk.
Between the team, there is a lot of practical experience with metals, vinyls, printed materials and site conditions. That experience counts when a sign has to hold up to strong sun, coastal humidity on certain jobs, or municipal requirements that need to be followed properly.
How the team works together on each job
What clients usually notice is that the team works as one unit. Sales, design, production and installation do not sit in separate corners. They hand work over carefully, check details and keep the job moving from enquiry to delivery.
That approach is useful on commercial sign programmes, repeated fleet marking, safety signage for workplaces and printed branding for events or uniforms. It also helps when a client needs more than one service at once, such as site surveys, vinyl cutting, manufacture and installation on the same instruction.
- One team for signs, printing and fitment
- Experience across Ekurhuleni and greater Gauteng
- Reliable support for repeat work and one-off jobs
