How we handle each job from enquiry to fitment
Most jobs start with an enquiry through the contact form on our contact page, followed by a proper discussion of what is needed, where it will go and how it should be used. If a site check is needed, we arrange a site survey so measurements, fixing points and access are clear before production starts. That helps avoid costly changes later and keeps the job moving at a steady pace.
After that, Ayesha Patel prepares the artwork setup and Johan Pretorius oversees production so the materials, cutting and printing are done to the right standard. For larger boards, fleet work or fitted signs, Sibusiso Khumalo manages installation and board mounting with the workshop team. We also do vinyl removal, refurbishment and maintenance visits for clients who already have signage in place but need it cleaned up, updated or repaired. Michael Johannes van der Merwe oversees the business with a close eye on practical details and turnaround times, which matters when clients need work done properly and on schedule.
