Request a Quote

Send us the details we need and we will come back with a practical quotation for signage or printing. The more complete your request, the quicker we can price the job correctly and avoid delays later.

What to send with your quotation request

When you use the enquiry form on our contact page, include the basics that help us price the work properly. A sign that is 1 metre wide and 300 mm high is very different from one that must fit across a shopfront, and printing for 20 T-shirts is not priced the same as a run of 200. Clear information saves time and helps us recommend the right material, fixing method and finish.

If you already have photos, sketches or a sample layout, attach those too. Even a phone picture of the wall, vehicle or old sign can show us access issues, mounting height and whether there is faded paint, cracked plaster or existing vinyl that needs removal.

  • Approximate size in millimetres or metres
  • What the sign or print is for
  • Quantity needed
  • Photos of the site, vehicle or artwork
  • Your deadline or opening date

How to describe the job clearly

Use plain language if you do not have technical drawings. Tell us whether you need cut vinyl lettering, a board, a name plate, safety signs, fleet marking, estate-agent boards or silkscreen printing. If you want us to install the job, say so up front. We also need to know if the work is for inside, outside, on glass, on corrugated sheeting or on a moving vehicle.

For example, a security notice for a warehouse in Germiston will need different materials from a temporary event board in Boksburg. If the job is for a coastal area or a site exposed to sun, rain and dust, mention that as well because the wrong material can lift, fade or warp quicker than expected.

  • Indoor or outdoor use
  • Surface type such as wall, window, board, steel or vehicle
  • Whether the item must be weather resistant
  • Any wording, logo or numbering required
  • Whether you need one item or a repeat order

What affects the price

Several details change the final quotation. Size is the first one, then material choice, labour, artwork prep and whether the job needs site visits or working at height. A simple vinyl cut on a flat panel is less involved than a full shopfront sign with installation, or a fleet marking job that must be done after hours.

Load-shedding can also affect lead times when a job needs machine time, drying or installation planning. If your deadline is tight, tell us early so we can check the production schedule and give you a realistic time line instead of guessing. We would rather be honest about timing than promise what cannot be done.

  • Material type and thickness
  • Artwork setup or redraw requirements
  • Installation height and access
  • Urgency of the order
  • Extra work such as vinyl removal, refurbishment or maintenance visits

Site surveys and measurements in Ekurhuleni

If you are not sure what size will work, we can assist with a site survey. This is useful for shop fronts, building signage, estate boards and directional signs where exact measurement matters. In Boksburg, Benoni, Germiston, Kempton Park, Alberton, Springs, Edenvale and Midrand we regularly work on sites with different access rules, parking limits and body corporate requirements.

For some jobs, municipal or property rules may affect placement, size or visibility. A board near a road or boundary may need approval before installation, and a factory site can have strict access times. If you know there are rules, tell us in the enquiry form so we can plan around them instead of having a team arrive and find the job cannot go ahead that day.

  • Shop fronts and business parks
  • Factories and warehouses
  • Residential estates and complexes
  • Road-facing boards and directional signage
  • Vehicle fitment at your premises or ours

Artwork, files and approval before production

If you already have artwork, send the file format if you know it and let us know whether you need a proof before production. Good artwork keeps lettering crisp and keeps logos readable at the correct distance. If the file is low resolution or the wording has changed, we may need to rebuild it so the finished product is sharp. That step can save money later, especially on larger signs where poor files become obvious.

Our design coordinator can help set up the layout if needed, and once you approve the proof we can move into manufacture. Please check spellings, telephone numbers, unit numbers and directions carefully before you sign off. A tiny error on a name plate or fleet door can turn into a costly reprint.

  • Send editable artwork if available
  • Confirm spellings, colours and sizes
  • Ask for a proof if anything is not final
  • Approve only when all details are correct

After you submit the form

Once we receive your enquiry, our team reviews the details and comes back with a quotation or a list of questions if something is still missing. Lerato Mokoena in sales, Nokuthula Dlamini in client care and the production team work through the details so the quote matches the job as closely as possible. If a site visit, installation plan or delivery service is needed, we will include that in the process.

For repeat work such as maintenance visits, sign refurbishment or ongoing fleet marking, it helps to mention your preferred schedule. That way we can plan around trading hours, site access and weather. A quick, complete request often gets answered faster than a long one with missing details, and that saves everyone time.

  • We check your measurements and photos
  • We confirm the best material and fixing method
  • We price manufacture, fitting and delivery where needed
  • We issue a practical quotation for approval

Questions we get asked

What details do you need for a quote?

Send the size, quantity, photos, wording, where the item will be used and your deadline. If you have artwork, include that as well.

Can you quote from photos only?

Yes, in many cases. Photos help a lot, but for accurate pricing we may still need measurements or a site survey.

Do you handle installation and delivery?

Yes. We manufacture, deliver and install signage across Boksburg, the East Rand and greater Gauteng, depending on the job.
